1. Appointment Booking & Cancellations

Appointment slots reserved online are provisional until checked in at the hospital reception. Patients are requested to arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled slots. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please inform us at least 2 hours in advance via 7200767066.

2. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are collected at the hospital billing desk according to the specialty tariffs unless an approved digital payment gateway is active.

3. Jurisdiction

Any legal dispute arising from medical or digital interactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India.
